My heart beats to the rhythm of romance whenever I pick up a novel by Kelly Elliott. I truly cherish every single moment whenever I read her scriptures of love between the pages of a book. Fighting for Love by Kelly Elliott is the second book in the Boston Love series. It’s a sexy, romantic and angsty forbidden romance that ignites and profoundly displays the lengths one will go to to fight for the love and connection that is undeniable. Finn and Rory’s story was complexly woven with heart and soul and in each chapter I fell more in love with their chemistry the more I read.

Finn is the playboy firefighter whose never met the right women to change his way and out of fate Rory is the fire captains daughter and a lawyer investigating allegations to a firefighter in the unit. A current of raw captivating chemistry erupts from the very first meeting but it’s well known that if Finn values his job and his life he needs to stay away from Rory. The characters were written brilliantly as the problems they face and the reality of fighting for love that builds is undeniable between Finn and Rory. I sensed and felt the connection between Finn and Rory so vividly and authentically within every page made the battle for love filled with the hearts raw emotion.

Fighting for Love by Kelly Elliott was the perfect forbidden romance and it had everything I love about the fight for true love unraveling over the wonderful scripture that always is Kelly Elliott writing! There were so many moments that blew me away woven into Finn and Rory’s love story however ultimately it was the fight for love and never giving up when you know it’s something to be treasured that captured my heart! This is one my favourite Kelly Elliott reads and I highly recommend reading! Fighting for Love is the second book in the Boston Love series and reading would be enhanced if you read Searching for Harmony (Book #1) beforehand as the characters from book 1 appear in this book. Ultimately I’m so in love with this series and hopefully there will be more to come and I highly recommend reading if you haven’t already!

P.S all the Flash scenes made me laugh so much!
