There is nothing more swoon-worthy than a country boy, I’ll admit. From the very start we have loved, cried, laughed and gone through plenty of emotions with the Wanted series by Kelly Elliott, in her latest release Holding You, of the Love Wanted in Texas series; the swoon-worthy moments never stopped as we fall head over heels from the apple of sparkling eyes Gunner Matthews son Colt. It’s days when I read Kelly’s novels and read the pavement of loving heart between characters that make me want to live in the country.
Holding You follows Colt & Lauren’s journey of love; through sacrifice to be together, to the moments that made me laugh, cry, and swoon the dynamic of admiration and love never spoils and boils with heat. I’m in admiration of how Kelly crafted Holding You, to be truthful; the inkling to live up to the swoon of Gunner & Ellie (Wanted Series), the story was fun-filled and not-drama-filled, which was to my delight and refreshing. Holding You follows the heart of finding your way to the one you love always and having a love strong enough for any obstacle; there are moments of pure OH MY GLITTER chemistry that are passionate but intertwining heartache and questioning decisions the playing field of love binds together.
Kelly’s books never cease to leave an air of love; as I demolished Holding You in one-sitting, be it with a few tears and a lot of swoon-worthy moments. Swoon-worthy is definitely how I describe Kelly’s writing in yet again a terrific read with Holding You; and with a gasp and holding my breathe for more in the series, the secondary characters connections bouncing around get me excited to read more. If you are a fan of the Wanted series; you will definitely swoon of this book; loving Gunner’s son Colt as much or if not more than Gunner. A fairytale of passionate heat, sizzling heart and Kelly sure knows how to swoon us with the charm of a country boy and his girl creating a bliss of happiness. A beautiful read and recommend if you want to swoon over a beautiful country story.
