All Keegan wanted was a roommate who was quiet, minded their own business, and paid for part of the rent. Instead, she got Camden Brooks.
Camden, with his sinful body, sharp tongue, and the inability to stay out of Keegan’s personal business, couldn’t seem to curb his interest in the new girl who wouldn’t put up with his domineering ways.
Feelings were running rampant, sexual tension was thick, and both were struggling to let go of control.
To some people, getting a roommate simply meant living with another person. But to both Camden and Keegan it was a curveball that neither was prepared to swing at.

Hook, Line and Sinker. One of my best reads so far of 2014 is Bender by Stacy Borel. I say love, I say romantic mouth-watering, I say Beyond rating and it doesn’t rate to how much I really enjoyed reading Bender. It was enchanting, emotion, pivotal breathtaking displaying a way to finding a voice when you don’t think you have one. Camden and Keegan’s romance is like electricity and water, by themselves they are stealth, together they go BOOM and shoot electricity and mouth-watering passion everywhere.
Camden and Keegan, when she is on the hunt of an apartment to live in whilst she is at college and let me tell you the tension and dynamic is of the charts. There chemistry maps passion, heart and over all sense of romance and learning to love. I was glued to my ipad. Couldn’t step away. Couldn’t sleep until I had finished. I think we all need a guy like Camden in our lives. He makes mistakes, there are kinships, kisses, gym equipment and Celine Dion involved. The feisty and loving narrative was such an amazing read that I didn’t want it to end. It was fun, but dealt with hard issues like bullying, single-parent houses and moving forward.
Overall, loved it to bites. The highlight for me with the linguistically enchantment of two characters who through all flaws, understand each other more than anything. Camden, stole my heart from the beginning with his charm. He had the total bad boy play but I still loved it. I rated this a BEYOND rating, because It was heartfelt, flowed brilliantly and had such great dynamic. I can’t wait for the next book in the series, sign me up already.
