synopsis

Sugar Kisses—nothing tastes sweeter than revenge…

Roxy Capwell couldn’t be more miserable. She just had her heart stomped on by her cheating boyfriend, and the last thing she’s looking for is love. She hates men.

Cole Brighton couldn’t be happier. He’s a player of the highest order, there’s not a girl at Whitney Briggs University that he can’t tag and bag. He loves the ladies.

Roxy’s dream is to own and operate her own bakery one day, but with no oven in her dorm, and a lucrative baking competition on the horizon, she agrees to move in with her best friend’s brother, the obnoxious, womanizing, Cole Brighton.

Between the heavenly scent of baked goods, and Roxy’s perfect body strutting around the apartment, Cole can’t think straight. So when Roxy’s ex starts sniffing around again, Cole volunteers to play the part of her new boy-toy and things get heated both in and out of the kitchen.

Roxy discovers she might not hate every man on the planet, and Cole discovers nothing tastes better than Roxy and her late night SUGAR KISSES.

Roxy is ball of stress and anger.
Cole is all ego and sex.
Their attraction is unstoppable.
And when their bodies collide—its combustible.

review

I was sold at cupcakes. I am a huge fan of Addison Moore and was so excited for the third book in the 3:AM Kisses series.  Sugar Kisses introduces Roxy and Cole Brighton narrative. We have known Cole from the very beginning and I was super excited to read a narrative of passion and a loveable sweetness.

“Shut Up and Kiss me” >Roxy to Cole – Sugar Kisses

The passion that ignites through Roxy and Cole’s narrative is like put gasoline to a fire, it explodes and the rippling feelings are felt everywhere. The spitfire of Roxy always having her guard up and Cole’s shall I say sex appeal makes it all the more enticing and loveable to read. Sugar Kisses brings warmth to the narrative of a tale of two roommates who realise their connection.

In the third book of series, this is possibly my favourite actually don’t get me wrong I love Baya and Bryson and they will always be amazing, but boy did Roxy and Cole create an epic tale of good romance. I loved the narrative, we still had the reappearance of Baya, Holt and some of the others from the earlier novels but I loved the connection that Roxy and Cole have. It’s more than a romance, it’s about fighting for love, fighting for yourself and not giving in.

The light heart of Sugar Kisses makes such a good read. The relationship’s created and developed are like glitter in a jar, all sparkly and soft. I love this one quote

“I had a mini orgasm just looking at you. I thought who the hell does this guy think he is looking so damn hot? You ruined me right then.” >Roxy to Cole- Sugar Kisses.

As a lover of baking cupcakes, this narrative was like putty in my hand. It is light hearted, emotional and just an astounding in the way it grips you to read. I rated Sugar Kisses at 5 Lit-Love because you had me at Cupcakes, you sold me at Cole.
